What currency are our prices?

All prices are in Egyptian L.E.

What are your payment methods?

For orders outside of Egypt, only card is accepted.

Within Egypt, credit card or COD (Cash on Delivery).

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned/exchanged? What if there is an issue?

We try to be as flexible as possible for our Unleash customers! We offer three kinds of returns: Exchange, Refund and Store Credit (For more information please visit our 'Refund Policy' page). 

You must ship it back at your own expense, or we can send our courier for an additional 60 L.E.  

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. Kindly send us an email on info@unleasheg.com to request a cancellation.

I received a shipping confirmation & realised I made a mistake in sizes? 

You are able to modify changes to your order before it ships by sending us an email with your request. If the item has already been shipped, you will be able to modify your sizes once the items have been returned to us within 5 days after receiving your order. Additional shipping charges will apply. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@unleasheg.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

 How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary but is usually between 2-5 business days inside Egypt, and 10-14 days in other countries.

How much is shipping in my location (Ex. Cairo)?

Our shipping charges are shown upon checkout once you fill out the address details. 

The item I want is sold out, will there be a restock?
We occasionally receive restocks of short-run releases, however, we unfortunately won't be able to inform you if and when, we will be restocking in a specific style.
Some styles, however, are not restocked because they are limited editions.  

We recommend that you take advantage of our current in-stock range, and keep up to date with new releases and restocks by joining our mailing list. Simply scroll to the bottom of our website and enter your email address. You can also keep watch on our social media channels.

Can I return/exchange a sale item?

No, all sales are final.
