We try to be as flexible as possible, therefore we offer three (3) options for our beloved customers and want to see you a part of our community!
3. Store Credit
Can my gear be returned?
Your gear can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund, store credit or exchange.
All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached. For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks, face masks and drink bottles are not able to be returned.
Please follow the steps below for returns/exchange
1. Send us an email on email@example.com with your order # in the subject line (This can be found on the top of your order confirmation email and will start with your order number).
2. Let us know the product you would like to return and please state the reason why (Help us increase our customer satisfaction).
For exchanges, please state the product you have, and the product you want, along with its color and size (Please visit our website and make sure that the size and item is available).
3. You can expect a reply within 48 hours.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges should you wish for us to send you our courier services. If you prefer to use our shipping method, 60 EGP will be deducted from your return/exchange to cover shipping charges.
How long does the process take?
Usually we process exchanges, store credits and refunds within 10 days of us receiving the items back. Please note, this period does not start from the day you sent an item back to us, as it will take some time to reach our warehouse.
For exchanges, once we dispatch your exchange standard delivery times will apply.
For store credits, this will be sent by email, please check junk folders incase it landed there.
For refunds, once your refund is submitted your banks processing times apply for this to reflect in your account, this is usually within 7 working days, depending on who you bank with.
I received a faulty item; what should I do?
If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, flick us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number along with photos of the fault/ damage so we can sort it ASAP! Postage costs & Duties are non refundable for international orders.
Can gift cards be returned?
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash.
How is my store credit issued & tracked?
This is issued via an UNLEASH gift card and is valid for 1 Year from issue date (Side Note; Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable).
When will I get my store credit for my return?
Once your returned item is back at our warehouse and inspected, a store credit gift card will be emailed to you and will be ready to use straight away! (Don’t forget to check spam if you can’t find it!)
How long is store credit valid for?
Our store credit is valid for 1 Year! So you have plenty of time to find the perfect fit to spend it on.
How do I use the store credit code?
To use your store credit just enter the code into the ‘gift cards/discount’ box at checkout and click apply. NOTE: don’t forget to do this before check out and before you place the order otherwise it can’t be applied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health & hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as socks, towels, headwear, face masks and drink bottles are not able to be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
